I was walking back from the bus stop.
Just another part of the day, already moving on to whatever came next.
I happened to look up.
The sky wasn’t loud about it.

No burst of color. No reason to stop.
Just soft layers stretched across it—blue holding onto the day, orange settling in underneath. The kind of sky you could miss if you were thinking about something else.
And maybe I almost did.
From where I stood, it didn’t ask for attention.
It was just there… waiting to be seen.
